These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the RateMyFace AI app for iPhone and iPad, operated by TQ Tech. By using the app you agree to these Terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

1. What the app does

RateMyFace AI uses AI to estimate how a face looks in the photos you provide and to suggest healthy grooming, skincare, fitness, style and mindset habits. Ratings are automated estimates for entertainment and self-improvement. They are not objective facts, not a judgment of your worth, and not medical, psychological or cosmetic advice. AI can make mistakes.

2. Eligibility and your photos

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.
• Only upload photos of yourself, or of someone who has given you permission.
• Don’t upload illegal, sexual, violent or hateful content.

3. Health and safety

Tips and the 30-day program are general wellness suggestions. Talk to a doctor or qualified professional before changing your diet or exercise, or if you have concerns about your skin, health or wellbeing. Stop any activity that causes pain or discomfort.

4. Subscriptions

• RateMyFace AI Premium is available as an auto-renewing weekly or yearly subscription. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period.
• Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.

5. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the app, reverse engineer it, attempt to bypass usage limits, or use results to harass or shame anyone.

6. Intellectual property

The app, its design and content belong to TQ Tech. You keep ownership of your photos.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TQ Tech is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer law.

8. Changes and contact
